U19 Teams (2007-2009 Birth Years)
Capital Soccer Club will run both male and female teams in the U19 age groups. We aim to organize teams by single age groups whenever possible, with both Premier and Club teams offered if numbers allow. Players in our U19 teams are in the final stages of their youth development, having progressed through our Youth Academy since the U10 level. Training for these age groups will emphasize technical mastery and advanced tactical instruction, alongside physical and psychosocial development, all based on Capital Soccer Club’s comprehensive club-wide curriculum.
The coaching staff will collaborate closely with the Director of Coaching to create a season schedule that accommodates the players’ busy commitments and maximizes their development opportunities
