U13 - U14 Teams (2012-2013 Birth Years)
Capital Soccer Club will offer both boys’ and girls’ teams at the U13 and U14 levels. Whenever possible, we will form single-age teams and provide both Premier and Club-level options, depending on player numbers.
Players at this stage continue along the developmental path that begins in our Youth Academy at the U10 level. The transition to 11v11 play introduces new challenges, and our training evolves accordingly, following our comprehensive club-wide curriculum that emphasizes technical skill development, game understanding, and tactical awareness within realistic playing scenarios.
A highlight for our U14 players is the opportunity to participate in the club’s annual trip to Barcelona, Spain. This exciting trip has become a hallmark of our club's program, offering not only an electrifying soccer experience but also a promise of cultural immersion and team bonding. . For the 2025–26 season, this opportunity is available to both girls and boys born in 2012.
