U11 - U12 Teams (2014-2015 Birth Years)
Capital Soccer Club will field both boys' and girls' teams in the U11 and U12 age groups. When numbers allow, we will form single-age teams and offer both Premier and Club level options.
These teams are a continuation of the developmental pathway that begins in our U10 Youth Academy. At this stage, players build upon a strong foundation of individual skill development, with increasing emphasis on tactical awareness, decision-making, and team play. Training sessions are designed to be dynamic, engaging, and age-appropriate, providing players with the tools to solve problems on the field and adapt to the evolving demands of the game.
All U11 and U12 teams follow the Capital Soccer Club curriculum, which is grounded in a modern, player-centered methodology. Through a balance of structured training and guided discovery, players in our U11–U12 program are prepared for the next stages of the game while developing a lifelong love for soccer.
