U10 Youth Academy (Players born between Aug 1, 2016 and July 31, 2018)

Capital Soccer Club's U10 Youth Academy is the foundation of our team development pathway and the first step in learning the Capital Way. Players in the U10 Academy are introduced to key technical and tactical concepts through our comprehensive, club-wide curriculum.

Modeled after the top development academies in the world, Capital SC’s curriculum emphasizes both technical mastery and tactical awareness, taught together, not in isolation. Our experienced coaching staff understands that soccer skills must be developed in context, and places a strong focus on vision, decision-making, and game understanding as part of each training session.

The U10 Youth Academy is open to all boys and girls in this age group, providing a welcoming environment for players to grow, learn, and love the game.
