Refund Policy

All Capital Soccer’s programs are non-refundable (this includes cancellations or delayed programs due to inclement weather). If there are extenuating circumstances that prohibit players from participating in the program in which s/he is enrolled, Capital Soccer may offer a credit to the player to be used in any Capital Soccer program for up to one year from the payment date. No refunds or credits are given for Capital Soccer indoor leagues.  Credits or cancellations from a Capital Soccer clinic or camp cannot be transferred towards Capital Soccer Club player tuition.

What if we have to cancel the indoor programs at the Civic Center or Stowe Arena?  

It is our intention to run a safe indoor soccer season.  If there is a COVID related pause to sports, and we are unable to continue the program, we are happy to transfer your pro-rated funds to a Capital Soccer 2021 summer camp of your choice.  We can also credit your Capital Soccer account for the funds to be used towards a future Capital Soccer educational program for anyone in your family.  We are unable to refund player tuition once a program session has begun.

What if we have to cancel summer camps or your child cannot attend after enrolling?  

It is our intention to run a safe summer camp season.  If there is a COVID related pause to sports, and we are unable to continue the program, we are happy to transfer your pro-rated funds to a Capital Soccer 2022 summer camp of your choice.  We can also credit your Capital Soccer account for the funds to be used towards a future Capital Soccer educational program for anyone in your family (not including club tuition or Capital Soccer Indoor Leagues).  We are unable to refund player tuition after you have enrolled/registered your child in one of our summer camps.
